Delivery Period: The delivery period for your purchase ranges from 5 to 7 business days, Monday through Friday. Please note that shipping times commence on the day of shipment, not the purchase date. Allow for potential delays due to customs clearance, incorrect address details, unforeseen circumstances, or pandemics.

Order Cut-off Time: Our order cut-off time is 05:00 p.m. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Costs: Currently, we offer Standard Shipping as the exclusive option, available at a no-cost fee throughout Australia for all chair goods deliveries.
